Your Legacy
When it’s all over with our lives, what will be left? That’s a tough question, but it’s one that we all should answer. From the time we begin our careers until the time our lives come to a close, we are creating a legacy. Ultimately our lives will not be measured by the titles we have earned or the things we have accumulated, but by the impact we have on the lives of others.
One of the best ways of building a lasting legacy is by coming alongside another person, sharing with them the experience, insights and wisdom we have gained – and learning from them as well. This, we believe, is the bottom line of mentoring. The best leaders are those who intentionally develop other great leaders to continue the work into an unknown but promising future.
