Take the Birkman
The Birkman Method is not a personality test, but a fully integrated motivational assessment tool that gives a clear and accurate picture of who you are – your interests, strengths, needs and stress areas. The better you understand yourself personally and professionally, as a unique, multi-dimensional individual, the better you can understand how to relate with others most effectively, as well as determine the direction your life should take in the future. The Birkman Method is the tool of choice for Leaders Legacy to complement our efforts to develop great leaders, great teams and great organizations.
The cost of the Birkman Method is $440 which includes a one-hour consultation by a Leaders Legacy certified associate. The Birkman takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. You can stop at any time during the test, save your responses to that point, and sign in later to resume. It is necessary to complete all the information below before starting to take the assessment. Once completed you will be contacted by a certified Leaders Legacy associate to receive your consultation.
